Item arrived on time. The item also arrived in excellent condition. My son was very excited about his ladder because he made it a part of his work.

I am very disappointed in this product. I bought it because it was advertised as 30ft which is completely wrong. Its length does not exceed 18 feet. Not only did it not meet the advertised specs, but it didn't deliver the first time and had to send another one.

The product is fine. It's not the best quality, but if you just want something for personal use and not going to be put on it by a team or group of people, this will help. The carrying case it comes in is quite flimsy so you'll need a fuse in case I break while carrying it. It's not a bad product, it's just not designed for frequent use or in harsh environments.

Does the job and is 30 feet long as advertised. However, these are two 15-foot pieces that need to be attached to each other. I took off a star for the slightly misleading description (the picture also shows a one piece piece implying it's a 30ft ladder) but the design makes it easier to move and easier to get tangled up in, what inevitably happens if you don't keep it in one place (I put it in my bag and take it to the gym). In general a good product. highlighted.
