We had one of these that came with ceiling speakers and it wasn't good at all. He kept losing the BT connection. This works great! It's heavy, which has to do with how well made it is. And it works fine. I had no connection problems and it worked very well with high volume.

I use this as an outdoor amp for 4 outdoor speakers each 50w RMS which is enough to power my 50w outdoor speakers. It delivers pure power to every channel at full power. Not bad for small 4 or 8 ohm speakers. The best part is that I leave this next to the pool 24/7. Anyone within range, within about 30 feet, can connect to it. Actually I would only give it 4.5 stars as there is a bit of false publicity but like most dating profiles its positive attributes have been exaggerated a bit. This is a 4 channel system rated at 50 watts. This means it is a 200w amp. This is a relatively meaningless peak. The number that is more usable in the real world is the RMS rating.
