Headache installing, here's what I did to make it work

I bought this because the audio from my bluetooth headphones cut out no matter what I did. This dongle fixed that setup, my headphones work perfectly and I can even walk around my room without ever losing signal! BUT oh my god that was the hardest thing trying to install. I'm very good with computers, but I struggled even with them. If you don't have a CD drive or adapter like I do, you'll need to install it from Dropbox first. I kept getting an error saying unauthorized bluetooth adapters were

perfect for connecting my laptop to bluetooth

Am I the only one who knows not all laptops support bluetooth? Well I didn't have to and really had to use it as my Cricut stopped working with the cable. So I ordered it and now it works great. Super easy to set up and use. Activated the button I needed to use the Bluetooth capabilities on my laptop. I would definitely recommend this if you need this feature on your laptop for work.

Bluetooth Adapter for PC, Maxuni USB Mini Bluetooth 5.0 Dongle

Seems to work fine. The hardest part of setting it up was reading the fine print to get the driver download link from the user manual as my computer doesn't have a CD drive for the driver CD. Unfortunately, my Bluetooth headset doesn't show up on my computer, even though my two TV screens do, so I blame the headset. Unfortunately this bluetooth adapter is useless for me until i get a new bluetooth headset that can work with it.

So ideally I bought another

The bluetooth "motor" in my laptop is dead. It would cost so much to open and replace the laptop and I risk damaging other components . So I decided to try this little thing. It may not be much, but it works like a horse. I put it in a USB stick on my laptop and after a few seconds I was able to use my Bluetooth headphones again. I want to see if I can use them on airplanes on an upcoming night flight and plug them into a USB port so I can hear the audio in my headphones. Not sure if this willโ€ฆ

It's not easy, that's the way it should be.

Technology like this should be easy now and this particular bluetooth dongle wasn't easy for me. It comes with an optical driver disk which is unusable as I no longer use the optical drive. The internet driver link is such a complicated and cryptic address that you need a wizard to read it to you for confirmation and yet it got nowhere. So I can't use the device and I shouldn't waste time sending it, I think it's good for them. Short answer, don't buy these. There are simpler devices withโ€ฆ

An adapter that looks like fake Chinese spyware. Super Shady

Firstly this device doesn't work very well, every time I restart my computer it doesn't recognize the drivers for the bluetooth device and I have to uninstall the driver and reinstall it via device manager . It keeps throwing errors. Although Windows automatically installs drivers for it, half the time it doesn't work, so I checked out the official link for the drivers. I am looking at the link to download the driver. This is a link to a DROPBOX address. So it's doubtful. I checked her workโ€ฆ
