Description of Mercedes-Benz MMI Car Interface Adapter: Bluetooth Kit for Iphone & Android Integration, Music AUX Connector with iPod Support

Use Instruction(Compatible with Mercedes-Benz car Only): put the plug into the MMI port (Very Important: please confirm your car have MMI Interface like picture show, it is a rectangular socket hole, not is a ipod pin plug or HIM port) then activate the AUX mode in the MMI system of your vehicle and pair it with your Android, iPhone, iPad or iPod touch via Bluetooth to play music (Note: MMI socket usually in the glove box). Blue LED Light Up: bluetooth mode(USB port charging function off), you can only change songs from the smartphone, can not control over music from the iDrive system , the playlist will not be displayed on the car screen. Red LED Light Up: USB mode(Bluetooth transmission function off), you can charge your device, or use the U Disk to listen music (Note: U Disk must is FAT32 formt, suggest under 32G. there are few MMI system don't support U Disk function, if not fit, please contact with us to solve the issues). It works! - Bluetooth Car Kits

Works great and connects easily. If Mercedes had come up with this idea, it would have cost $500. lol.but mercedes would rather buy you a new car.

Works in 2011 Mercedes E350

Put this in my 2011 Mercedes E350 station wagon and it works like a charm. Stays connected every time I use it. There's even a little chime when I start the car to let me know it's connected.

2011 e350. Worked immediately. After installing it I didn't have a hand to turn it back on and left it in the glove box. The only caveat is that the cable is connected to go to the glove box door, which can break the cable with prolonged use.

If you don't have car bluetooth you need this

I was sooo happy when my husband told me about this little device! It works great with my speakers and fast connection. As soon as I get in the car it's connected, I turn on the music and enjoy the ride.

The Answer to My Dream

We have always loved our Mercedes ML350. But what was annoying was the linking of music from our phones to the audio system. Problem solved! Has worked great since installation.

WORKS WITH 2011 E350 - AUDIO AND VIDEO ACCESSORIES

e350 2011. Worked straight away. After installing it I didn't have a hand to turn it back on and left it in the glove box. The only caveat is that the cable is connected so that it goes to the glove box door, which can break the cable with prolonged use.

Old model, buzzing all the time

I had to return this product. Installed a 2010 GL550 and the high pitched hum persisted. Bought another Bluetooth adapter here at Revain with a square end that didn't have a USB connector. One turned out to be made by the same company and is a newer model. the other worked wonderfully.

That works great.

there was Audio quality issues. I think it's user error! That works great. Just as if it were connected to any other car radio via Bluetooth. And it's really easy to connect. And it automatically connects and disconnects when you turn off the device. The shutdown takes a minute. But it connects instantly. I am very happy.
