The speaker sounds good and clear, loud enough. Works well with Zello if you install italkiedaemon all on word in play store. This is not required for standard Bluetooth operation with your phone. UPDATE. I played around with it some more today and the TX sound on it is just awful. It looks like the microphone is overloaded and distorted at the same time. I tried lowering the gain to 1% but the audio is still distorted and you can hear barley. I also tried covering part of the microphone but the audio is still terrible. When I hold the mic at arm's length it's not as hot, but it still sounds very distorted. I've tried it on DVSwitch, Echolink and also its alleged Zello, all applications…
