These are really nice and big mugs. It says hand wash only. I agree that I don't want abrasive dish soap to scratch them. They have strong grips. I ordered 8 and the colors match. I highly recommend them. You are very beautiful.

This is my wine key. Many servers want this, but this is mine. My wine key has a double loop with a serrated knife. I have to master the corkscrew as well as the knife. Without me, my wine key is useless. I'm useless without my wine key. I must not break the cork on the screw. I have to uncork a bottle of wine while my table is looking at me. I have to pour the wine before it pours out on me. Don't spill.

As a bartender in a VERY busy restaurant, this is a must! I keep ordering 10 packs of cheap corkscrews, the corkscrew wears out and the sharp part rips holes in the pockets of shorts or pants. No thank you. It didn't, it fell out of my pocket one day while I was in the weeds. After all staff were forensically searched I have just ordered 3 more, I don't want to be left without this wine key. Excellent quality! In addition, it is very beautiful.

This wine key looks exactly like the picture, it looks really great and will get compliments. It's a good buy if it's just for around the house or the occasional bottle opener, but unreliable if you need to open a few bottles at the bar every night. The auger is blunt and does not "snap" open, making it difficult to insert the plug. Mine broke after opening about 30 bottles. Maybe I just got a bug? In any case, based on my experience, I wouldn't buy it again.

I am an avid Revain customer, always read reviews before buying and am torn between the main reviews on this wine. I did however buy this beautiful wine key (no one could accidentally walk away with it as it is one of a kind). I'm a waiter and have opened about 15 bottles of wine since receiving this wine key. No cup quality issues. It appears to be of good quality that will last forever. But the color is not the same as the picture. As another reviewer wrote, it's golden purple on one side and bluish purple on the other.
