UPDATE: A little over a month later, a hole appeared in the fabric where the shoe naturally flexed near the big toe. I can't recommend this shoe more. We've had it for about 2 weeks and so far it's holding up well. My son is very picky about his shoes and typical Target brand shoes would have fallen apart by now. My son loves them, they give him good support/stability and he says they are very comfortable. So far I'm very impressed.

Nice shoes but very narrow I ordered half a size up but my son still has a hard time putting them on. I hope this lasts for a while as he has problems with his shoes. I would have given 4 stars if they weren't wrong. I ordered 2 pairs but they made a mistake and sent me another kid sized pair which I had to return and I have to order again after I get my refund. I recommend you buy at least a half or a whole size bigger just because they are very slim but feel nice and strong.

I would like to call myself an expert when it comes to children's shoes. I have 6 year old twins and our family goes hiking a lot.
