There were problems with the Brother SE625. The thread cutter button did not work, the threads continued to clump on the needle. When I went to a specialty store for help they said it was the bobbin case and there was a notch somewhere. I tried sending it down hoping to fix something but when that didn't work it was time to buy a new one hoping it would fix my problem. The Brother brand bobbin case was over $20 (a bit pricey for me, especially when I wasn't 100% sure it would solve my problem).
