My analysis of this product showed that it has an impressive 21 grams of protein per serving, making it a great addition to any workout routine. Bob's Red Mill Soy Protein Powder is a plant-based protein powder that contains only one ingredient: soy protein isolate. Don't be afraid of protein-healthy soy

I've tried various protein powders over the years and recently compared and contrasted some very different types including: Naked Seed (from the folks that make Naked Whey and Naked Rice), sprouted Brown rice protein, high-fiber hemp protein, fermented pea protein, and grass-fed whey protein concentrate.
