Waterproof Winter Shoes for Boys and Girls - BODATU Outdoor Option Review

Great looks! My 10 year old son really liked them but they didn't last more than a month. We live in a snowy area and he wears a lot but expected the boots to last at least a season. (The soles were worn and had holes) Unfortunately I will now be buying another brand known for better quality. If you want cheaper boots that are rarely worn? Then it might work, otherwise you'll spend extra money on durable shoes.

I bought them for my 5 year old grandson and they fit perfectly. Inside they are very warm and soft. The bottom is non-slip (important as 5-year-olds walk everywhere). Easy to put on and take off. Great cute shoe :-)

Feet don't stay dry in them at all. Every time my son is in the snow, his feet get wet. I bought them in mid-December and one of the laces broke in mid-February. He doesn't wear them every day, so not because they've been abused. Would love to like her, but he might as well be out of his top ten.

The boots are cute and comfortable, but they are not made for walking in real snow, maybe only in very cold weather, but not in snow. When you step into the snow, the ankle has a small opening with velcro and the snow falls right in. I wish the boot was designed to just slip on instead of velcro. I returned them.

I bought them for my grandson who loves them very much. They live in Kansas where it snows as opposed to central Texas where he's from so he told me he was cold all the time. Now he says his feet are hot.

We bought these for all three of our kids and they love these boots (and so do we!). They are very durable and lasted all winter. The younger boy was even able to use his older brothers' boots the next winter! They're not too bulky, super comfy, and super cute! We will continue to buy this brand and this boot when we need replacements. I just wish they didn't outgrow them so quickly!

Bought in anticipation of a snowy winter. I had my 2 year old son try them on just to make sure they fit and that he would actually let me put them on (he likes to curl his toes so you can't put him in shoes he doesn't want to wear). ) and I had to bribe him to undress her, he loved her so much! Not sure if they are actually waterproof as we haven't wet them yet but they were a good buy nonetheless! UPDATE: They are NOT waterproof lol

My son used them all winter for outdoor nursery. They've held up well enough, we'll be using them again in preschool (glad I bought them a little bigger). The soft fur inside kept his feet warm.

The way the heel is set on this boot makes it difficult for your little one's foot to fit in. Once the foot is in it fits well and I can tell it has room so I'm not sure I would go up a size. if it was too big or better.

Bought these for my 8 year old. Who wore them all winter? He goes a little sideways, but the boots are still holding! Very durable and keeps feet warm. True to size.

We bought various options for teenagers/teens. These were the most comfortable and light firs. The kids love it, they even fit me and I was tempted to steal. More about snow than hiking. But comfortable to wear all day

I bought these for my 5 year old...they are so easy to put on, they fit my feet/ankles easily, they are warm and comfortable (so he says!). I will buy them for him every winter. My son is very active, he can run, jump and do everything in it. They are not heavy or stiff like other winter boots. Definitely a good buy!

While almost everything about the boot looks premium, the Velcro has come loose. My son rarely opens and closes the velcro, instead simply slipping the boot on and off. However, the limited number of times he used the Velcro resulted in the Velcro becoming detached from the boot. Looks like the stitching holding the velcro to the boot didn't work.

Bought a size 3 and my son's old size 1 boots fit him better than these. These boots look good and feel like they'll keep your feet warm, but thanks to the lining they run about 2 sizes too small. I asked my youngest son to try them on to see if they fit him and he wears a size 13 and they fit him almost perfectly. I will order them in size 5.5 to see if they fit better.

They are not waterproof and not suitable for snow. I soak up water with washcloths inside, I used 2 washcloths and sit in the dryer to dry

It survived the whole winter without major damage. That's my review. They are very warm and I recommend them for cold temperatures.

I bought this for my son because he has outgrown his boots. The boots are not heavy like others. The material is excellent, the seams fit, the inside is very warm and cozy. My son actually takes his boots down every day even though we didn't have many snow days.

I have 3 pairs for all my sons and they love them so much they want to wear them around the house. The velcro is very strong and holds the stitches and the colors are A1. The interior is lined for extra warmth. The only thing is that I ordered them in the right size and had to take a size up, they are already almost too small. Also please remember these boots are great for snow but not for too much snow as they are mid-calf so too much snow gets into the boot.

Not the style or color I would like but for an 8 year old boy he can't stop wearing them. 😂Good figure and he never complains that his legs hurt.

These boots are not worth the money. Three weeks after my son started wearing them, the sole started to completely separate from the boot. Very disappointed with this purchase.
