👟 Enhanced Performance Water Shoe for Women by Body Glove Review

These are great water shoes - comfortable and durable. This is my second pair (after 5 years) and I was so happy they still make them. They fit as expected and are easy to put on and take off with Velcro.

The only thing I wished for was a grippier profile, but this is the best water shoe I've ever had. The fit is good and there are holes in the sole under the arch so they don't try to swim or hold water when getting in and out.

I ordered these to replace a similar pair that had literally been worn out and soul erased. This replacement pair fitted great, but the insole in the new pair was much thinner than the previous pair and didn't offer as good cushioning.

Bought to ride the river. The Velcro kept coming off and the shoes fell off, requiring one hand to maneuver the tube and the other to maneuver the shoes. No fun! I tried to use them again during a trip to the lake. I don't know why I expected a different result. The velcro still didn't work. Now I have to buy a pair of water shoes. Don't risk it.

The bottom (sole) of the shoe is not covered with a 'rubber' material like another pair of the same model as mine. With the exception of the toes, the lower part is made of nylon mesh material. You can absolutely see and feel the difference. :( I don't understand why there is such a difference in the coating / outsole material? I bought them for the slip resistance for pool activities after back surgery. These shoes are much smoother / slippery!

Just bought a second pair of these. I ordered the same size but this pair is larger than the first. You fit the bill for me. I wear them kayaking and crabbing to protect my feet from lacerations from clam shells. I used to walk barefoot until I got an infected cut and had to get a tetanus shot (ayy) They last about two seasons of daily use in salt water but that's pretty heavy use. There may be better shoes out there, but this is a good buy.

I have worn them 5 times since I received them. The first time I put them on the insoles started to come out. I had to stop and insert them several times. Then the velcro started to loosen as I walked. Eventually I took out the insoles and got a blister on the sole of my foot. I ended up taking them off and going barefoot.
