This thing is amazing. I have worn heels that have always given me blisters for 8 hours and have not had a single blister during use. It really worked! I plan on getting it again and again. I always carry it in my bag at work just in case. I found it necessary to reapply after taking my shoes off and putting them back on.

I've tried this a few times and applied multiple coats each time. My legs hurt for 10 minutes. I found that the material was still rubbing against my skin. Then I read elsewhere to try petroleum jelly/petroleum jelly. Oh my god I can't believe this worked for me! I cannot write enough about how good this product is. I usually wear sandals or nursing clogs every day, but when I go to Disneyland and have to walk a lot, I put on my sneakers.
