This is an AWESOME heater and it works great. I like the included little temperature sensor which makes it very easy to monitor the water temperature. I have bought many heaters for my aquariums and this is the best I have ever had.

I've had this in my 55 gallon turtle tank for about a month. It seems to be working well, keeping the water temp at around 76-78 where I have the heater set. I wish it had a better grip on the suction cups because one end pops up all the time, but that's not a big deal as it stays horizontal at the bottom anyway. Happy with it so far.

Very good product, very easy to use. I have a 65 inch turtle tank and it keeps the water at a good temperature for them. As the water cools, the heater begins to regulate the water back to the temperature it should be. I love that it has a frame around the heater so my turtles don't get hurt. I highly recommend this heater. No, it's too big, but it works great

This is the second replacement for the first one which overheated and melted the plastic shell around it. So I sent it back, got a free replacement thanks to Revain who replaced it for free and wow this one doesn't keep my little 25 gallons hot at 84 degrees for my discus who likes it at 82-86 degrees. Bought it for the power. It's supposed to be able to heat a large tank (0 or 55 gallons) to 84 or whatever temperature you set. I graduated 88 and am getting the tank up to 76.

Pretty decent heater for the price. It would be a bit warmer, or I could just leave the windows open so my room is 55 degrees. But in any case it works very well. If you keep the room fairly cold like me, you can turn it all the way on. My maximum temperature was 76, even though I was losing a lot of heat to the bubble filter. The heaters are not to blame. I needed a heater that could be adjusted so I could raise or lower the temperature in my aquarium to help fight disease. When I installed the new heater, the aquarium was 78 degrees. The new heater was set to 77 degrees. After 2 hours the temperature in the tank was 81.9 degrees. I lowered the temp a few degrees and the reading went up to 81. I lowered it to the setting shown in the photo, about 74 or 75 degrees, and it ended up going down to 77.9. What's the benefit? I gave it two stars simply

This is an awful piece of equipment, I strongly recommend EVERYONE NOT to buy this product. The heating controller is very difficult to move and thus adjust the temperature setting. It's also on top of the heater itself, which is IN THE TANK. I placed this heater on the back of my 36 gallon tank next to the outlet. I had the temp set at 79 degrees and noticed fluctuations on my temp gauge on the opposite side of the tank, which jumped up to 81 and then dropped to 77. On Mother's Day I woke up…
