Excellent SLIDE IN T-Nuts.

Excellent T-Nut, tightens very well on the rail! As a buyer, I know these are NOT T-Nuts! The description is misleading unless you actually look at the size chart. They just slide off the side.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Low repairability

They work but require a lot of fiddling

They are not big enough to fit at an angle in the slot. They are difficult to move into a position where the screw can hook them because they are always tilted. With a lot of patience and fiddling, you can get them working.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Contact seller

Good enough for standard applications

Actually I was looking for t-nuts that protrude beyond the channel for a situation where a raised part is needed to align something with. They're slightly below the top of the rail, so I printed custom nuts instead.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Expensive

Quality control leaves a lot to be desired

Note the two nuts at the bottom of the photo. The hole in the right nut is off center. Many nuts have holes that are off-center to varying degrees. The quality is worse than I expected for this price.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Upgradable

Ideal for 20x20 aluminum profiles

I bought the wrong size. They are for 20x20 profiles, not for surface table (3018 pro). They fit 20x20 channels and hold up very well. My only regret is not buying them for a surface table. I'm not complaining because now I have spares when I need them.

Pros
  • All right!
Cons
  • boring packaging

Small t-nuts for profile 2020

These t-nuts fit perfectly on the 2020 profile and are held tight with M5 screws. They don't have a detent ball or spring, but they work very well when tightened. The material seems to be of good quality and I've been able to make some very strong structural parts using a 2020 profile, some pleated aluminum stays and these t-nuts.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • I'll write later

VERY GOOD :) but URGENTLY BAD :(

FIRST TIME GOOD; The width of the sliding blocks makes it much easier to insert when using the bracket in the 2020 model with vertical mounting surfaces (90° bracket), which somehow BAD is; they're about 2mm shorter than the Drillpro slide t-nuts and also about 2mm narrower so they might lack the feel you want if you're designing something designed to fit in the 2020 slot (ex NEMA motor belt tensioner slot or a door that has to loosen and then slide out while still level?) LESS important is…

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Negative result available
