Normal bearings at the right price.

These are my first pair of high end skateboard bearings and surprisingly they don't differ much. I think that's because they're still rustproof, with only 6 balls instead of the traditional 7. I was hoping they would accelerate and smooth out once they'd broken in, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Every morning and afternoon I drive long distances from home to school and work. I was hoping these bearings would give me a breather, but they're no better than the red ones. Also, be wary ofโ€ฆ

A little background. I'm almost 44 years old and only rode Bones Swiss in the 80's. I've just returned to the board every Sunday for our 40+ club. I started with Bones Reds and Indy 7 first. They were ok but my friend told me about Bronson Raw so I ordered a set. But unfortunately I gave up, put my money on the table and left with 8 Super Swiss balls. I've had them for a year now after some modifications and they're still my favorite outfit. When I change them, it's because of the rain and sometimes even snow. Maintenance is key. If you still don't know how to take care of them, I recommend aโ€ฆ

Turbocharged for your enjoyment!

Bones bearings have always been the best, but these bearings win! I used to have a set of Bones Super Reds and while they did the job, they weren't as smooth and fast as these. Now when I ride hills I can cover 5x more distance than with Super Reds. Getting familiar with Ripstik is now so easy; Less muscle effort when accelerating = more time driving before you get tired! For just $45, you get a set of bearings that are so close to ceramic you don't even want to spend the extra $75. Plus, withโ€ฆ
