Great toy for our cockatoo

There is a Goffin Cockatoo that most toys pay very little attention to. He loves taking things apart. With her help, he not only unscrews the nuts from the bolts, but also learns to screw the nuts back on without help. He can move from room to room with them, playing with them for hours every day. Would recommend to anyone who has a parrot mechanically prone to taking things apart. Good for their mechanical and mental abilities!

Caik is friendly. My little girl loves them

This is my sweet 8 month old baby Hei Hei (HeiHeiTheCaique on Instagram) she loves her toys! She models toys, but gets bored quickly. Not with these. She likes to knock them off the table and put the hex on the screw. They are fairly simple but entertain large birds. Again, she's still a baby and she's not as big as the cockatoos or macaws I think these toys are intended for, but she still loves them. You get the total package, so there are always extras available. I keep some in her cage, some

Fun for Spike! best in toys

Just what my cockatoo needs as a new toy. She loves removing bottle caps so I figured they would be perfect. She didn't quite get it at first because I overtightened her so I loosened her favorite and once she figured it out she happily unscrewed it and played with mom then waited for me to screw it back in, to start. Above. However, she's only showing interest in another set and hasn't completely taken it apart yet, I think she'd rather destroy this one, which is ok. I think I'll have to move…

Great toys playing on the floor!

I have a Hoffin cockatoo that does nothing but walk on the ground. It took us a while to realize that "hanging up the toys" was none of their business. She always took what was left of the hanging toys that our Blues and Golds destroyed and played with the ones on the floor. When we realized that she enjoys playing with toys on the floor we started specifically looking for toys that she would be interested in and they are perfect! She likes the different sizes and the fact that the nuts and…

This might be the best toy I've ever bought for my gray parrot

This might be the best toy I've ever bought for my gray parrot. He really likes her. One set sits on his free-standing perch, which he plays with as grasping (and throwing) toys, two other sets are bolted to the bars of his cage, and two sets are in the closet to replace when he eventually destroys them . So far he has played with it a lot and only made small cuts in the plastic in some places. He's a tenacious player and chewer, and they're holding up MUCH better than I expected. There is no…

Birds Choose Bonka Bird Nuts & Bolts

As you may have heard, like other gray parrots, Dusty and Becky usually take a long time to accept new foreign objects. Although they've actively avoided two expensive new wooden toys and steep, bendy ladders made of natural branches for the past few months, they snatched up the brightly colored plastic nuts and bolts almost as soon as they arrived. They hold on to the nut in any set and "help" to separate it from the bolt. They love taking a piece off, dropping it on the floor, watching it…
