One of our foster dogs has learned that if she scratches her kennel door hard enough and scrapes with her paws, she can open the small slide latches. Not with those two brackets on the door! They keep the door securely closed, but are easy to remove with one hand.

We use these to secure our dog crate that our dog has learned to open. 3 is perfect for attaching the top center and bottom of the door and hasn't cracked and/or broken it since (she's small, about 15 pounds, but very tricky). Easy to open and close, no problems so far! The perfect size for the gaps in your drawer.

My macaw figured out how to get them out of all 3 food/water bowl doors from the inside (the locks were obviously on the outside ) literally less than 2 minutes. to find another lock type. He has gotten out of all locks so far. Very upset. I go home. He came out

These clamps work great and are ideal for medium to large cages. I have one on the feed door where the latch broke and one on the cage door. They also look like they would make great toy hangers and I will have to buy another set. Perfect for keeping my little Houdini indoors! I love these clips and will probably add them to my keychain too!

I got these almost two years ago and have never used them in my bird cage. But today I took them to see if any of them can be used for his new street cage.
