Great product for sensors

Great product, as soon as the built in light went out the dealer told me $1800.00 but as usual they throw the parts away and don't diagnose the problem, the sensor fixed it straight away.

Pros
  • speed sensors
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Part didn't work: Sensors

Installed a new wheel speed sensor on my 2013 VW Tiguan. The part didn't show any speed and didn't clear my LR wheel sensor trouble code. After further troubleshooting, I found that the new sensor was defective. Installed a new VW sensor, everything works fine now.

Pros
  • Automotive
Cons
  • Unsafe

Same as OEM but not $150

Fixed ABS Christmas tree lights on my 2013 VW CC 2.0T. If they don't turn off the light, replace the wheel bearings with a stone car, the teeth may be rusted or worn out. The last thing that needs changing for ABS is the module, don't let thieves bully you for a $2500 part.

Pros
  • Sensors
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

15 minutes of WORK AND PROBLEM SOLVED!

My 2012 VW CC had multiple lights on, ABS, airbag, traction control, parking brake. Took the car to the dealer where they diagnosed a faulty rear left ABS sensor and offered $480(!) to replace it! I refused the repair and paid "only" $160 for diagnostics. This sensor mounts with a screw, 5mm hex, just behind the wheel and a plastic connector. It literally took me 15 minutes to swap it out. I start the car and before I drive out of the garage, all the lights go out except for the airbag light. I
