I have four L-Boxx (one 1A with compartments, three L-Boxx 2). Even though the picture shows an old/original L-Boxx, all four boxes were a new recycled box. Others have pointed out issues with the new design, but to sum it up, they've moved the attachment mechanism from the frame to the lid. This allows the user to open the box even if other boxes are attached to it. The old box couldn't do that. While this may seem like a plus to you, it comes with negative consequences.
