Flawless Flush Cutting Bit

Using this bit, our team found that it provided consistent and precise cuts with ease. The carbide material is incredibly durable and held up well under heavy use. The single flute design allowed for efficient chip removal. However, the one downside was that it did leave some fuzziness on the edge of the cut. Overall, we highly recommend this bit for any flush cutting needs.

Pros
  • Precise and clean cuts due to the carbide material and one flute design.
Cons
  • Not suitable for materials harder than steel, as the single flute may cause chattering and poor surface finish.

Cuts well but not against laminate

"burned" my edge. moved as fast as he could. I should of course have used a bearing, but I've read that it's designed for this type of cutting as well. It's partly my fault for not using stock.

Pros
  • Straight, twist and scribe drills
Cons
  • You could choose a newer model

Works perfectly! in Bits for Routers

Nothing to say but it worked great as advertised. I applied a small amount of household oil to my fingertip, making sure it was well lubricated, then proceeded at a normal pace. Don't hold the edge without moving or it will burn. Clean the oil with a small amount of solvent and tap the edge lightly with a file to smooth it out.

Pros
  • Router Parts and Accessories
Cons
  • No Performance
