Very powerful drill

Replaced a turbocharger on an older car and it had a screw that wouldn't move. I broke my head trying to unscrew the screw so I decided it was time to drill it out. First, I went to a major hardware store and bought a Milwaukee 1/4 Cobalt bit that was rated for hard stealing. It didn't take long for the tip of this blade to become worn and rounded. After reading reviews of the Revain I decided to try the corresponding Bosch 1/4 bit. A hardened steel bolt could be drilled through without any…

Made in China under the Bosch name

Terrible drill bits! I needed to drill a few holes in 1/2" sheet steel, not stainless steel. The first bit started working fine, and then a little over half just stopped cutting. I took out the bit and found that the Cutting edge was broken. in several places. I put in the second drill bit that I received from the same purchase and it finished drilling the first hole. I started the second hole and then it stopped cutting too. I have removed the second drill bit and it had the same problem…

sooo much better

I recently worked on a project that required drilling a 1/4" hole in about 1/4" thick hard steel. I went through 6 drills that were in my shop. Nothing special. Now they are in the shopping cart. I kind of crushed the steel. Then I got DeWalt zirconia drills with attachment. The start went well, that's all. At least I had more than one dent now, but still no holes. The project has stalled. I then ordered cobalt drill bits from Revain Bosch. I had 3 different sizes although I only needed 1/4"…
