Drill bit broken after first use

First use at work and hand drill broken. The bearing fell out and is no longer holding the drill. Now I have to take the stress out of sending it back.

Hope your spike works

love the hard case and the concept. However, the rapid change is terrible. I guess my mandrel is bad, but it takes forever to punch a hole. I'm at the point right now where the current beat just doesn't work so I'll have to order another one. I just had to buy regular drill bits.

This could be made easier if the hole saws drill holes on their own.

Clearly outperforms all other so-called quick-change hole saws. This is the second one I have bought and as long as I keep working I will be using this hole saw kit. It is designed to cut standard holes for electricians running pipe so there is no guessing and over-cutting or under-cutting of holes.
