Drill well, but twice as long?

Drills are one of those nebulous things. Cheap bits, used properly and well lubricated, will crowd out expensive, overused bits. It was a good deal for the price paid and the case is well designed to keep things in order. Whether they last twice as long as other bits is questionable. They cut well so if used as directed they will last a long time.

Pros
  • Great Price
Cons
  • Big and Chunky

One broke immediately. Ruined brass block

I don't know what's up with smaller bits, can't find a decent set that doesn't break. I was slowly drilling through the 1085 steel I make my knife from and the 1/8" bit just broke off. I went to the store, bought an untitled Chinese set and finished the job. Update: My 1/8" chipped a bit in the black brass I was slowly drilling. It broke in the block and I couldn't get it out. Ruined a piece of $20 brass. The only trouble with these bits is in trying Get them out of what breaks them Buy…

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Available in white only
