Very practical. Stays in place and comfortable even while running. Normal sound with noise canceling off, much better, really good sound (thick bass and generally full range) with noise canceling on, although it doesn't cancel out other noises in the process. As far as noise cancellation goes, it's crazy. It's surreal how they completely isolate you from the outside world, it's almost like astronauts feel in space. I remember the same feeling with the QC15 headphones when I first tried them and they are even more special because they are in-ear headphones.
