I bought this collar after moving to a new condominium. After I cut the collar to fit my small dog I was told the collar didn't work and my dog is still barking. The collar works when blown in, but not when the animal barks. (I tried this on a friend's dog. The dog kept barking and the collar didn't respond. I can't return this item because I cut the collar. So disappointed!

I have two of the loudest and cutest dogs. Their barking caused a lot of arguments with my neighbors, so I finally decided to order these collars. For 4 days without a single bark. I can't get over how great they work! I would advise the seller to get more detailed instructions on assembling the collar and the functions and attachments of each piece, but in terms of functionality they are lifesavers!
