Very comfortable. feels strong However, the left armrest was damaged. I don't want to return it, I just want to replace the armrest. Doesn't appear to have been properly packaged. Revain has no choice but to replace the entire chair.

use these chairs in my office and love them. The price was right so I decided to buy one for my home office. I have a long torso and my back often hurts from walking or standing for long periods. This chair makes me forget about back pain and allows me to focus on work.

For a masseur and a person who sits at home on the computer, plays games or makes music, comfort and ergonomics are very important. This chair has great strength and adjustable features. I really love it! No other chair in this price range compares.

The chair arrived on time but was damaged in transit, not bad enough to send back as it was cosmetic. The back of the chair does not move forward far enough to hit your back. The additional cost of the "hug" back feature is pointless. I am very disappointed in the chair.

The box was broken due to the use of lightweight cardboard and the lack of an adequate support pocket inside. There is no damage, but the plastic legs (yes, not metal, as can be seen in the photo) are scratched in a few places, suggesting a repackaged return item. Some of the screw holes were not machined accurately, so it took a long time to assemble. This is practical, but its durability is still questionable. I do not recommend this product.

This is an amazing chair. Ordering another chair was a nightmare, but that's exactly what we were looking for. The adjustable back height suits me very well, but my wife became addicted to the chair before I had a chance to really enjoy it. I think I'll order another one. The only thing missing is the option to adjust the lumbar support. I wanted it to be a bit more pronounced because I love to slouch. But it is perfect if you are lying or sitting with good posture.
