Good solution to collect data across several herds

I liked that BOV Control gave us an easy way of collecting all our breeding parameters in one place with minimal effort from myself or any member within my team at work! The software itself was very user friendly for such large scale projects so there wasn't much we didn’t like about it-it did exactly what you needed without being too complex which made implementation easier than expected as well. It's not perfect but i can see how useful this could be when used correctly if your looking into…

Pros
  • Easy to access
  • Accurate data input & storage.
  • Can keep tabs even while off duty, no need remote monitoring equipment just log back onto computer via phone app!!
  • Allows different levels users / staff groups who should only view certain areas accordingly egs personalised profile views per each person rather individual login required!!!
Cons
  • Some minor bugs here n' thar eg incorrect entries sometimes accepted
