As a result of my tests, I determined that this product is not worth your investment. Although it may be marketed as a boxing and kickboxing option, the filling is too light and not durable enough for serious use. The only "pro" I can give is that it's decent for light cardio workouts. However, in the end, I would not recommend this product to anyone serious about their training in Sports and Outdoors.

It was smaller than I thought it would be, good starter bag, suspension straps came loose from the ring in the first 30 minutes of use, otherwise it's of good quality and has held up to date.

The stuff rocks. I used Art of Shaving Shaving Oil, that's good too, but much more expressive. This material is just as effective, but costs less.
