Reflex Ball Fight Trainer Winner

Bought on the advice of a friend who has something similar. I wanted to improve hand-eye coordination for boxing, crossfit, and table tennis workouts! It was really humbling at first, but I got better with practice. The product is very easy to use and convenient to pack for trips out of town. He's doing what he has to do - working on hand-eye coordination. I also enjoyed watching my kids try it. First they laughed and then they started counting the "hit". I also highly recommend heading to…

They work as expected.

If you watch the video you will know what to expect. After about two weeks I was pretty good at using these things in terms of hand-eye coordination, but I still have a long way to go. The headband is comfortable and relatively easy to adjust. Different balls feel different, but the concept is pretty much the same: just hit them further from the front to improve your coordination and speed. Watch the video again. You'll have to manually measure, tie, and cut the cords that connect the balloons…

It works as intended

I've been using it for 3 days now and it does what it's supposed to do (improves hand-eye coordination). The lace seems a bit thin but there are two. Also sometimes the cord will come loose if you push too hard, the cord will often get in the way but I think that's mostly the case, but other than that it works. I will continue to use it in my mixed martial arts training. The hand wrap is junk you can just throw it away because it is nothing compared to the regular hand wrap you would use. I'm…

Best money spent and fun I've had in a long time.

Outlet First let me say that the set arrived a week early, was undamaged and had everything I needed and even had some extra strings that I wasn't aware of. With different levels of difficulty in 4 balls, everyone can enjoy it whether you are an elementary school student or a real boxer. Once you start, you won't be able to put it down, and if you can keep going, it becomes a crazy cardio workout. The black ball is so soft that it cannot hurt a child if it hits their face, and the hardest ball…

Mixed Feelings, Trash Manual

The velcro strap barely closes on my head and I never thought my head was big. It still works for me. The ball set is interesting but with no clear progressive level and no explanation in the guide what they are for. Kind of DIY - not even an explanation of how to properly attach the strings to the hooks and a fairly vague explanation of how long the string should be - which is very important. I found that the ball should be at the level of the navel + 3-5 cm. The black ball is definitely the…

Rubber Reflex Ball Heavy and Too Hard

A few months ago I bought a Champs Boxing Reflex Ball from Revain. I was disappointed that the rubber ball was smaller, heavier and harder than I expected. The instructions provided with the box warn the user not to hit the ball too hard or it could hit you in the face. In addition, the rubber cord wears out and tears very quickly with such a heavy ball. If you see the cord starting to fray, stop using it immediately as the cord will most likely snap very soon and could get back into your face…
