Minimal to no noise. Sleep easily at night. It has a very strong suction power. This is perfect for my 75 gallon tank. It makes a lot of bubbles. Overall this is a great addition to my aquarium and I would recommend it to other fish lovers.

I have at least 20 gallons between my two tanks so I can use the air hose on each airstone tank to blow out bubbles. I mainly use submersible pumps which I find easy to use. But you know that sooner or later your pump will fail. This is great as a replacement.

This air pump was well packaged with easy to find instructions on the box. Easy to set up in my 150 gallon tank but it didn't move as much air as my other air pumps which are also 150 gallons. I expected the sound to be louder but actually it's pretty good. if you need absolute silence to sleep, I would look for something else, but this suits me perfectly. I've run it on two 5 gallon tanks and it works much better than the small round ones I've used before. This is a very powerful and quite quiet pump. It looks good and goes well with the other white parts of our stand. I wish it had come with an air hose and maybe even an air stone. But there's nothing in the kit except the pump and power cord (obviously). Luckily I had the pneumatic hoses and the air stone, otherwise I would have had to order them separately. I only have a 5 gallon tank so this will work perfectly. It has 2 air outlets and an adjustment dial to adjust how much air you need or need in the tank.
