Boye 5.25 mm Ergonomic Crochet Hook, Model 332680000IM Review

These are my favorite crochet hooks. Ever since I was little I have crocheted and metal hooks where we put them wrapped with all sorts of things to save our fingers. These solved the problem! It's a lot more comfortable than the expensive "favorite" choice I see on all the sites. If you want to crochet for hours in comfort, buy one!

For some strange reason this doesn't fit in my hand at all. The tip matches the shape of the Boye hook but is also slightly larger than the aluminum Boye hook of the same size. Not enough to be a problem for general use, but you don't want to change hooks in the middle of a project (I know. I did and ripped it out). I buy my two most used sizes and then when I get another (G). can't find it anywhere. apparently out of production. Considering fit and accessibility. not something I would buy…

I really like this hook. It's longer than some. The handle fits perfectly in the hand (I use a knife handle). And I love the Boye hook. The only downside is that they are heavier than some. I didn't know how much until I tried Clover Amour. They are much lighter. Comparing this and amour while crocheting, my hand felt tired after a while. That didn't happen with Amour. I will keep and use this hook but due to the weight difference I ordered the Clover Amour Set. However, if I couldn't use…
