Inconvenient and difficult to use.

The metal shaft of the hook is quite short, which makes it difficult to work with thick and/or hard material. I used a tulle and found that this hook got in the way.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • old

Economical ergonomic hook

I usually work with clover (soft touch, cupid) but I randomly tried this hook and it's pretty easy to work with. Not much heavier than any other ergonomic hook I've tried and the thick rubber grip is easy to control. My only wish is that the grip at the base where the hook is located is a little flatter as a knitter with a pencil grip would probably prevent hand fatigue altogether.

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • so far so good

I was working on my first project that needed a big hook and bought a bamboo hook but it kept hooking. I tried to file it smooth but the mistakes continued so I ordered this crochet hook after seeing it recommended by "Mikey" the guy who runs the Crochet Crowd on Facebook. Bamboo, even when unhooked, had a "pull" because the smoothness factor…

Pros
  • Amazing
Cons
  • Some bugs
