Yarn falls straight from the needle. I went back to using the plastic version of this. It is much easier.

Exactly what I wanted. I used wooden rope needles and was intrigued by the hook shape of two of them. Now they are my new favourites. They will not fall out like other cable pins.

Ideal for knitting cables on larger and smaller needles. (I use a U-shaped cable needle most of the time.) I prefer Boye's nice metal needles to the plastic ones.

I really like the U shape so I bent it into a U shape too. It makes me feel more secure, like my stitches aren't slipping off the needle. There's a third if I need it, but I mostly use the big gold U-shaped one.
