These are good quality bits

Good quality bits and damn sharp. They appear to be decent quality carbide, but I've noticed a bit of oxidation so it's probably not the top quality carbide. Regardless, they're ridiculously cheap for good beats. be sure to get them.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Good bits for engraving

There are probably better bits out there but for the money I paid for them I will keep using them. Haven't tried plastic or aluminum yet, but I'm sure they'll work fine if I ever do. The bottom line here is that you engrave. they will probably serve you well.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Not sure

Worried first impression

*edit below* Worried first impression. The bits aren't nearly the same length, the company name on the box is different from the listing, and depending on how well they hold up in birch plywood or hardwood I'll amend my estimate accordingly. *UPDATE* After spending an hour engraving Baltic Birch plywood I don't see any obvious signs of wear, even the tip still feels very sharp.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • unreliable
