The ball itself is still pretty good after a week of use. The included pump is complete rubbish, unless you want to include something useful it's best not to include it at all and I'll use mine. I really wish the straps were adjustable, I've managed to get them pretty close to my desired height by tying knots and using a climbing harness from below, but I'll buy adjustable straps from the hardware store. to get it exactly where I want it.
