didn't quite make it

I bought this mount to hold my 2008 49/50" plasma tv as it says it's max 121 lbs. Now the tv weighs 100-105 Pounds so at least that was perfect in writing.After installing all the hardware I spent almost an hour and a half adjusting the tilt of the TV to a point where it didn't work and the TV was pointing down at a 45 degree angle.

Easy to set up and mount the TV unlike other systems where you attach two brackets to the TV, mount it and then adjust the screw so it doesn't come loose. Good quality, everything you need is included! Includes mounting template and bubble level for easy installation. Great product for the price!

Sturdy construction but not suitable for my TV! There is no way to contact support.

Didn't match my TV. I have a 42" Magnavox Plasma TV (model 42MF231D/17) that used to hang over my fireplace with a Cheetah mount, but I've since moved and couldn't take the mount with me so I bought it because I thought everything was in place configurations. it has to match mine.
