Everything is fine, the product is stamped. Both covers have screw holes as shown in the picture but NO screws? Do screws count as small parts? I also assumed from the price that the inner sleeve would come with 3 5/8x13 inserts, but that's not the case. So I think I still have to order the case.

I couldn't find this mailbox at any hardware store. I had to order online. I found exactly what I wanted and what I needed. This slot has a beautiful polished finish (PVD) and is durable. It comes with 2 valves, an internal valve and an external valve with a spring. I am very happy with this replacement. I will buy again!

I finally got my antique brass accented mailbox installed. It looks great and works well. There were no instructions included. I found a PDF manual on the Brass Accents website but these are minimal instructions. It would be great to include instructions in the package instead of looking for it.
