At night when my pinky toe brushes against blanket or when I wiggle my toes there can be a biting pain. I am giving this item 5 stars because I think it would work for most. I am 6'3, 220, size 12. The caps were just too small for me. They made my ingrown feel good and protected at first, but by the end of the day when I removed them my toe was bright red! But like I say, if you are not in my size range they will work as intended.

I got these for my bunion around last year. I had to cut off first 2 toe sections so it it only covered my pinky toe and my bunion on the outside of my foot because it made my shoes too tight.
