I like how easy it is to use, and how intuitive it is. It's very easy to navigate around. The interface could be easier to understand if it were more user friendly. Also, make sure you have a good internet connection or plan to keep your computer open all day. I'm using it as an intake tool to help me track my patients' progress. BreezyNotes is a great program to use in your practice. It is very easy to use and navigate. It is very user friendly and can be used by any level of user. BreezyNotes has a lot of great features that are easy to use. I have not found anything that I dislike about BreezyNotes. I have used BreezyNotes for a couple of years now and have had no issues. I love being able to use this site without my nurse constantly asking me what meds and dosages should be used. The ability to make appointments, send reminders to staff about patient's needs during discharge procedures makes this an invaluable tool in helping run a successful practice! The program is easy to use once you learn how to navigate it. It has all the features I need, but not too many extra ones. There are also some great online classes offered which can help if needed. The only thing I dislike is that at times there might be an issue with the website being slow which can cause issues with connecting to the program. Otherwise, I have no problems with Breezy Notes.
