A wonderful Christmas gift and a blast from the past. I couldn't wait for Christmas and got it early. She's 7 and she just loves it. Great product and very updated from old devices I used as a kid.

Firstly, the product in the photo is not what we received. It's small. I was expecting the Lite Brite to be the size I grew up with, about 8.5 x 11. That's about half the size. This is more of a travel version than the real one. Definitely not worth the $40 price tag and not advertised for sure. What a disappointment.

I bought it for my 5 year old granddaughter for Christmas. She and her siblings loved it the day I saw her playing with it. Not sure how long that will take. The item is not the same as before. Very cheaply made! Should be half the retail price. There are two drawers attached to each side of the unit - not great. The containers themselves are difficult to open and close. The trash can lid won't hold!

My son really likes this thing. I give 5 stars but the build quality leaves a lot to be desired. The light is weak and uneven, the case is made of rather cheap plastic. On the other hand, it is much more flexible than the old ones. You can make your own drawings without punching holes in the paper so you can move the pens. And with an extra set of pens, it's fun to create large areas of color.
