At first I was going to give this a 4-5 star rating but I bought four sets and that's how it turned out. Firstly, the way they are folded it took me 25 minutes to unravel them which is not worth the time. Of the kits I have, 2 didn't work at all, one stopped working after two days and the other only worked with filament parts. Only two threads are fully functional. Very disappointed with this product and will look for better versions.

I bought these lights in December and put them in the mailbox over the holidays. They are still there and we haven't had any issues with rain affecting them in the last 3 months. I'll probably just leave them there as they are a good marker for people pulling into my driveway on a dark night. Make sure they are in direct sunlight. I realized that the only solar light that stopped working was tilted high enough to get enough sun to work properly. We love these headlights. They're easy to install (but you'll have to take your time unrolling them as they're a bit fragile). Once attached they look great. We see them run through the night and continue running into the wee hours before shutting down for the day. I don't know how they behave in winter. I'm guessing they won't last all night, but who knows. These are lanterns on enameled wire. You can break the wire if you pull too hard. However, I was able to relax and get them up and running
