Toe Swim Type

Probably owned 5 previous Brook Launcher models. This one, which I bought in black, is significantly wider! Still considering returning it but want to save myself the hassle and maybe just add another insert to fill the space. Triple has verified that the sneaker label and box state that the width is D. Looks like 2E though

Pros
  • NEUTRAL SUPPORT: Streamlined yet cushioned with neutral support, these shoes sit between sneakers and standard shoes.
Cons
  • I don't have much animosity about it, everything is fine.

Doesn't feel like a complete shoe: I feel like I'm wearing flip flops

Light and comfortable, but they feel like sandals or water shoes. Zero stability for outdoor training and running. I don't mean pronation or anything, the upper just doesn't feel like the insole of the shoe. My foot keeps moving in the shoe no matter how I tighten the laces.

Pros
  • Rubber sole
Cons
  • So-so

For hyperpronators,

I bought these for my husband after his regular walking shoes were discontinued. He overpronates and needs running shoes that prevent him from rolling over. He absolutely loves it. Says they're better than the new scales he wore before. Thinks he drives faster. The shoe is much lighter but has great support. He wears a 10.5 and they fit perfectly. 5 stars for Brooks and 5 stars for Revain!

Pros
  • is the best shoe. LIGHTWEIGHT cushioning: Brooks' lightest BioMoGo DNA midsole cushioning provides a fast ride without the extra weight - perfect for those days when you're working on your speed.
Cons
  • No performance

lightweight and comfortable

I've been using Brooks Launch 8 for a few weeks now. I do cross training and walking and am trying to get running again. Very happy with my purchase. They fit as expected. Advantages: - very light shoes - comfortable for sneakers, treadmill, stationary bike, street - very breathable material. Cons: - Not all models are available in my size 10.5 extra wide. (Some shoes I can get in EEEE)

Pros
  • BREATHABLE AND SMOOTH FIT: The new one-piece mesh upper hugs the foot making it more breathable than ever.
Cons
  • weak

Looks great and my grandson got rid of the pain in his legs!

My grandson is tall for his age and his legs start to hurt when he goes to school and does gymnastics. When he walked or ran well, his legs hurt. My daughter took it to a shoe store and they recommended Brooks shoes. The first pair was great, no pain in the legs. He is in the second pair. So we will definitely continue to buy Brooks Men's Launch 8 Neutral shoes for my grandson. They are a bit more expensive but worth it!

Literally laugh at men

I literally felt like I was on the moon or on another planet, like John Carter. Once I put my shoes on, gravity didn't matter. It was such an amazing experience that I will oddly remember it for the rest of my life. I guess I've worn heavy shoes my whole life because as soon as my foot left the ground I almost jumped up being so light. Running made me feel like I was running back in time, to high school, this nostalgic feeling gave me goosebumps and I ran everywhere. Everything was perfect from

Pros
  • FAST TRANSITIONS: The midfoot transition area is shaped for quick heel-to-toe transitions. Newly added foam rubber in the forefoot propels you forward for a faster ride.
