Bad Shoes: Shoes

Size 15 will not fit when all other brands of shoes are the right size. The foot slipped forward, leaving a blue toenail by the end of the day. These shoes look good but are not comfortable. This is probably the situation where you get what you pay for.

Pros
  • Sturdy
Cons
  • Safety

Good fit and comfortable

These shoes look good. The landing was a bit tight at first. Luckily the insoles are removable. I removed them and replaced them with thinner inserts available at pharmacies. Now they fit perfectly. The toe box is wide and roomy.

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

The most comfortable shoes in the world

Bought for my husband to replace a pair that was giving him problems. He loves her. Says they're the most comfortable bowling shoes he's ever owned. They look just like tennis shoes and he gets compliments on them every week in the league. He's not a mover and thinks they work great. Highly recommended.

Pros
  • a good cause
Cons
  • Expandable

Very comfortable bowling shoes

I bought these shoes just for the looks and LOVE how comfortable they are. I haven't bought a new pair of shoes in almost ten years so I hoped for the best. Used them for almost 4 months and loved them very much. I have read several comments about red streaks on the floor and have never had this experience. They are amazing!

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Marks the heel on the stripe

Although the shoe is comfortable, the bottom of the shoe leaves marks all over the heel. I have worn them twice in 2 separate bowling alleys and the manager of each of them asked me not to use these shoes and gave me one for rent. Also, the outsole pads don't cover the rubber on the edges of the shoe and make you stick when you approach. Send these back.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Very stiff and unforgiving

These shoes look good but are very stiff and don't seem to shrink. The ball of the foot hurts a lot after wearing shoes for a short time. I have wide feet and while I fit snugly in these shoes, they compress the sides and heel which causes fatigue fairly early in the game. When I get to my third game, I'll be ready to take those shoes off as soon as possible. I bowl 2 times a week and would like to spend a little more money on a sportier pair of shoes.

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Weight

Comfortable shoes, stylish, but leave red marks on the floor

Shoes are very comfortable and stylish, work great, but there is a big design flaw. Red rubber soles, if you spread your fly leg wide when throwing like me, leave huge red rubber streaks on the ground that you have to wipe off after each throw. I expect after using it for a few games. I've played 4 now it gets messy and eventually the warning will pop up and go away but it's been awful. I would probably never buy them again to survive their slump. If you're bowling and not straightening your…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Big and chunky

Really Good Bowling Shoes

As most bowlers know, new shoes can sometimes be a problem on the lane as the slippage is nowhere near what you are used to. Surprisingly, I have NOT experienced this at all. I slipped on a little light panty like a "textbook" before a bowling game and had no problems all night. Also, this has to be the lightest shoe I've ever felt. I hope the light weight doesn't mean they will "break apart" anytime soon. One thing I noticed is that you might see a red bar if you drag your foot across the set…

Pros
  • Great Price
Cons
  • Running Speed
