Exceeded my expectations for durability. If you put a little more pressure on them, they won't hold their shape either, but that's fine with a brush with softer metal bristles. I've used them to polish stainless steel golf clubs and they didn't hurt, but gave a nice shine and could be pressed into the contour of the back of the cavity. I was expecting a box like this or something with the brushes inside! It was basically a zipped bag with brushes that just squished into each other! You will need a small plastic or metal container to put them in. You can't use this fancy little bag to store it. You have to empty the bag every time to try and find what you need.
