Good guide but not for my box.

I'm sure they will work fine but not ideal for my drawer design. They're a little thicker, so lift the drawer. Mine uses an old basset 1/2 metal design that has a broken end.

Drawer slides

I bought this to try and refurbish an old drawer in a 1950's cupboard. Although it didn't work as I thought it would, I satisfactorily repaired the box. It's well done and if you know what you're doing, which I didn't, this is a great deal.

Not very smooth but gets the job done

My friend and I are remodeling furniture and we bought these to fix up old drawers. We have chosen wooden rails so that they can easily be shortened to the desired length. My biggest complaint is that they don't slide smoothly at all.

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Fixed a drawer on an expensive dresser

The broken drawer has a sliding bottom part. I needed the 16" piece to solve my problem. It's a little tight for my drawer, but it can be sanded down to fix this problem. I prefer it tight to loose. One can be fixed, the other not.Excellent purchase.

Drawer Slide Grease

Great product. Ease of installation. I'm a woman with little experience with wood, and if I can do it, so can you. You may need to cut off a piece from the bottom of the box to make it fit. This requires a miter box and saw for as little as $10 at your local hardware store. The box slides much better when lubricated with a bar of soap.

Very good quality - needs trimming

These runners were of very good quality and ideal for replacing the worn runner system on 2 or 2 drawer oak bedside tables. The rails were longer than needed and slightly wider than the original system, so be prepared for perhaps some trimming and tweaking, if not an exact replacement. Shouldn't be a problem for those with basic hand tools and basic carpentry skills. They were of much better quality than you would find in hardware stores or large stores. Would definitely order again.

Pros
  • Cabinet Hardware
Cons
  • Large and bulky

A good solution for a central drawer.

There were drawers in the closet that fell out if you pulled them out more than halfway. But I couldn't figure out how to get the side rails to work as there was no gap or anything to attach them. But they work well and much better than the originals. I don't think they will fail like the originals. Note: The two bits are probably different lengths. The wider part attaches to the bottom of the drawer and is shorter than the narrow end that attaches to the drawer opening. You need to cut them…

Pleasure on length

I measured and double checked everything before buying, but somehow it was too short when it arrived. I'm assuming user error and the hardware mount that comes with the sliders provides strength and a bit of flexibility in length. I was able to screw it to the back of the dresser, put a board on top and screw the board to the front of the dresser. Perhaps not the most professional fix, but reliably homemade and works with no issues or noticeable wobble. I had to trim the part that attached to…
