Disappointing Tool for Steering & Suspension

The tool did not work as expected. Through trial and error, i found that the design was not well thought out. The positives were that it seemed sturdy and well made .However the negatives outweighed any potential benefits. For an automotive tool, it simply did not perform well enough to justify the cost..

Pros
  • Easy to use tool for removing and installing ball joints
Cons
  • Requires some mechanical knowledge and experience to use properly

Was working on a 1994 Astro with conditions

There was a problem with pushing out the lower ball joints (overall length too long for the tool) until I cut the threaded portion of the ball joint with a 4- inch grinder. . Then the tool came up and I was able to easily push out the bottom ball joint.

Pros
  • Steering and Suspension Tools
Cons
  • Only available in Black
