Don't know what suction means. I've been using them for a week and a half now. No leaky seals and no water loss. I think this is a great product with a good price.

Had a different check valve/bubble counter and wasn't getting the right amount of CO2, found a small leak, hard to tell. I bought this and immediately noticed that my CO2 gauge turned green after 2 hours. My plants are beading so I know the CO2 is getting to them. highly recommended.

I built a CO2 system for a series of plant nanotanks powered by a single cylinder. This bubble counter was the most expensive I've bought from Revain but was the clear winner. The plastic is thick and strong, and the brass makes it rust-resistant and durable. The built-in check valve is a great advantage. Other bubble counters leak or break easily. After trying other brands I'm buying three more so all my tanks use the same quality bubble counter.

I have some sort of CO2 regulator and the bubble counter has snapped. I ordered this due to the brass fittings and the fact that the regulatory company is overseas and I was concerned about the delivery time. I'm quite satisfied so far. I put this on my current regulator (best in line, I might add) with minimal adjustment to my settings, and my reset check turned green within 1.5 hours of use. It looks like a stable CO2 supply.
