Mandatory for every computer system

I was looking for a new external Blu-ray drive. I had this model in mind because it resembles the one I replaced. The price paid was less than $130 excluding tax and shipping. I've had a lot of practice with this drive copying my DVDs and it's worked great. One of my personal tips is that if your computer system has a built-in optical drive, I would recommend getting an external drive for copying and other hard drive needs. If something goes wrong with an optical drive, replacing it is easier…

Works with any disc format. Period.

I love this burner, you know how to burn CD/DVD and the progress bar shows 100% but the burner is still on then you get an error code that says something like: not enough data or there wasn't enough disk space, something like that. Never with this burner, of course it's a bit expensive but I've never lost a blank disc to a stupid burner error, cd, cdrw, dvdr, dvdrw, bdr, bdrw, none of these unless the disc was completely scratched and unusable , but I put some pretty rough discs in it and it…

If you are not burning an M-Disc, then burn temporary discs. Even the best purple painted discs have a lifespan of around 5-7 years. M-Discs have a lifespan of 1,000 years, so being able to record them is essential. (We're using white M discs for printing and an Epson printer that can print to discs.) Revain's image shows a nice green LED light. Unfortunately, they switched to a piercing blue light. Blue light should always be avoided in such applications. Red or Green is what you need. As a…

Beware! This is not a buffalo, but a pioneer in a buffalo's shoes.

Warning I bought one of these two years ago and I love it. But unfortunately, after using it for a long time, it no longer burns, but still plays and breaks. I bought a replacement and they sent me a bdr-209m Pioneer in Buffalo clothing. Buffalo Technical Support has informed me that there is a problem with my computer's driver. Apparently my computer can't properly identify my other Buffalo, my LG, my Mitsubishi or even my Memorex. However, I did what they suggested and it made no difference…

Great Burner - Computer Components

For a long time I had an external LG Blu-ray drive that could burn BDXL discs. It was a pretty good burning program, although it didn't always "work well" with Windows. I often had to unplug it, plug it back in, and even occasionally restart Windows for the OS to recognize the device. However, it has served me reasonably well for several years and was therefore "happy" with it. Without the hassle of course. And except for the moments when I thought about throwing it against a wall. Then, after…
