Versatile and Convenient Optical Drive!

Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I've discovered that the Buffalo MediaStation Portable Burner DVSM PN58U2VW is an amazing product. It reads and writes both CDs and DVDs, making it a versatile addition to my computer setup. The compact size is perfect for on-the-go use and the plug-and-play feature makes it incredibly user-friendly.

Buffalo DVD Player, Recorder

Bought to install software on my Verizon laptop as it doesn't have a floppy drive. Plug in the USB cable and run the included installation CD, that's it. Haven't used it to burn discs yet, but it does a great job installing software on my laptop.

Sturdy little drive, works great!

This drive has been working fine for about 1 year now with no problems. I use it on laptops, netbooks, "nettops" (miniature media centers), desktops and wireless servers. Operating system used without the need to install drivers (for reading and writing): xp, vista, win7, ubuntu, freeNAS, BartPE, Norton Ghost, Accronis. I paid 53€ and am very satisfied.
