Great Product For Collaboration With Clients, Internal And External

The ability for us (and our clients) see what we are working at any given time without having an email open or phone call going through was very helpful! There isn't anything I dislike about this product; it does everything they say so far has been implemented/working correctly since day one of their launch date back when things were first being set up & getting used by everyone involved who's now using them daily - which includes myself!! It works great together wtih Excel / Powerpointโ€ฆ

  • Ease in seeing where all work is left to be done with projects
  • Easy interface that anyone can use easily, no training necessary just follow instructions step bystep from startto finish
  • Great customer service support team via e mail

Great system with great support team, I always get good response

It's user friendly once it gets used for awhile! We have been using this system since 2003 but back then we had no problems getting started or staying connected after learning how things work (or do not). The program does what its supposed too - even though there are other systems out their which can be just about anything else when compared side by-side. There really isn't much I dislike at least nothing major like they changed everything every year without warning us first of course!! Makeโ€ฆ
